Alan, Wow. That is totally incredible. I am using PJ on a few of my sites and have so far earned about $54.

Have you tried to contact them by calling or through the chat feature within PJ?

They have always been responsive and helpful to me.

Hey, I also got that email today. Like you I was a member of Pepperjam and the eBay in house program. I also was just checking out the Pepperjam program, but never marketed their links heavily. That letter was very rude. I’m guessing some idiot took over the account that never worked in customer service before. They figure to just cut out all the non-performing affiliates and save themselves work in the future. Pepperjam had better wise up. They are the ones who pressure me to sign up for companies with their endless spam. A few more letters like than and I’ll take my affiliate business elsewhere.

Hi Gushin,

I’m being a bit pig-headed about this but here is how I feel…hey PJN doesn’t want me as an eBay affiliate–fine. I don’t need them.

They don’t even register on my income stream model so forget them. Yes, I’m being a bit childish but that email was so rude and vague that they can take a hike. So I won’t be contacting them. :-)

I got a similar email from them about one of my online education affiliates. No explanation. I thought it was me or my blog.

Now I don’t feel so bad. Going to check and see what other’s I have left with them. Thanks for the tip.

Wow I am getting nervous now. I just got accepted by PJN 2 days ago with my current blog but I haven’t marketed them at all. I am mostly using EPN on it. I have a sit I am currently building that I plan to use a few PJN affiliates with though. I wonder how quickly must I get that site up adn running before I get the same sort of email. :(

Hi Sara,

All I can write about is my own experience. I’m still creating my niche ebay stores as an ePN affiliate without issues. It’s just been Pepperjam Network (PJN) that booted me so needless to say–I would suggest you stick with the ePN vs. PJN. You might not have issues with PJN but I and a lot of other folks have been booted by them. And trust me I’m not a black hat type of an affiliate. I still don’t know why PJN kicked me out. They never had the decency to even tell me. But I’m still an active eBay store niche marketer as an ePN affiliate.

So I would advise you stick with ePN. Go with the source and cut out the middleman (PJN).

oh yes i get those messages from PJN.. Just today I read their email about them revoking my PJN affiliate membership, which means I won’t get commissions for referring new members to the program. Of course there was no explanation. i’ve been receiving these emails about revocations from them. I just wish they were kind enough to give me an explanation. They can’t just revoke for no reason, but maybe they can just like what they have done… Well, I don’t make that much money from them anyway, so if they want to drop me, so let ‘em. They’re just giving me a bad impression.. I’m beginning to really hate PJN..
